E-business has flattened our world, competitively speaking, but it has not changed the influences culture has on business interactions and needs. Culture often dictates the perception of technology, in that what some cultures considered progress, offering time and money savings, others consider unnecessary since what works now will continue to work. From different levels of technology acceptance to different user needs and usage patterns, Culture can make it very difficult to take a successful endeavor international.
